Beyond the fact that some of my favorite human beings are in this class or teaching it (<3), I am SO excited for this class. It’s my last semester at UMW, and I really wanted to make it special. Poetry is general is something I have avoided, mainly because it is a method of writing I can neither conquer nor understand well. That being said, I absolutely have an appreciation for it, and I would not give up one more chance for a Scanlon class. What are you most looking forward to in this class?
