For anyone else who is interested in learning about the book Called Back by Hugh Conway (I didn’t know what it was), I found these comments on Goodreads to be really helpful! I was really surprised to learn that it was a detective/ mystery story! I also found it interesting that the protagonist in Called Back was blind since Emily Dickinson also had an eye affliction.
